Hosting and content delivery networks (CDN)

External hosting

This app is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this app is stored on servers in Germany. This data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU. The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our app offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Storage duration

Usage data

Using our app on mobile devices means that we may automatically collect certain data. This data includes, for example, the type of mobile device you are using, the individual device identification number, the IP address and other usage data.

Location data

The xRouten mobile app uses and stores your location to ensure the functionality of the software. This only happens if you have given us your consent. You can switch the collection of your location data on and off at any time in your device settings.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Analytics tools

Fathom Analytics

This app uses Fathom Analytics to statistically evaluate the number of visitor accesses. We use Fathom's EU isolation: processing takes place exclusively on servers within the European Union, and no transfer to the USA takes place.

Fathom Analytics works without cookies and without cross-device or cross-site recognition. No personal data is stored and no user profiles are created. Your IP address is used solely for processing, anonymised and not stored. Only aggregated metrics such as the number of page views are collected. The use is GDPR-compliant.

Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies

This website uses Google Tag Manager to integrate analytics and statistics services. Cookies may be set that help us understand how our website is used so that we can improve it. These cookies are set exclusively with your consent. Without consent, analytics and advertising-related storage remains deactivated (Google Consent Mode). The legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. You can revoke or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future.
